Shipping Policy

We want to make sure that you receive your items quickly and safely, so we have outlined our shipping policy below.

 

Where do we ship to?

We currently ship worldwide with the postage calculated automatically on the website.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We have free shipping on orders over $150 in Australia only.

If your order is under $150.00 the shipping cost will be based on the weight of the item's and your location.

 You can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before submitting your order.

Please note that parcels over 20kgs may require additional shipping fees due to their size or weight.

Shipping Provider and Time Frames

Our standard shipping method is via Auspost which typically takes 3 to 5 days within Australia, 3 to 10 days to New Zealand and up to 7-14 days for other countries.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Local Pick Up

We also offer pick up at our location at Southport, Gold Coast, Queensland.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange an item.

Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide us with the original order number and reason for return. Shipping fees for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item or received the wrong item, we will exchange it for you. Please provide us with the original order number and a photo of the damaged/defective/wrong item. 

Non-returnable items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
